Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll revert to the free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial months or unused services. However, if you're not satisfied with our service, please contact our support team and we'll work with you to resolve any issues.
Technical Questions
How long does image processing take?
Most images are processed within 10-30 seconds, depending on the file size and complexity. Pro users get priority processing, which is typically faster.
What's the maximum file size I can upload?
You can upload images up to 50MB in size. For larger files, we recommend compressing them first or using our image compressor tool.
How long are my processed images stored?
Free users: 30 days. Pro users: 90 days. After this period, images are automatically deleted from our servers for security and privacy.
Can I process multiple images at once?
Currently, you can process one image at a time through our web interface. We're working on batch processing features for Pro users.

Do I need to create an account?
You can try our service without an account (1 free edit total), but creating an account gives you 3 free edits total and access to additional features like usage tracking and templates.

Can I save my processing settings as templates?
Yes! Pro users can save their processing settings as reusable templates, making it easy to apply the same settings to multiple images.
What happens if I reach my edit limit?
When you reach your edit limit, you'll see a message prompting you to upgrade to Pro for unlimited edits.
